This is Pink City. They exist over a span of two continents. They are noisy and dark. REAL noisy and dark, and this is their debut release.
The whole album forges along at a sort of mid-paced dirge, never relenting in it's industrial pace. Reverberated, overblown guitars swirl amongst desperately apathetic vocals and walls of harsh noise.
It feels reminiscent of Einstürzende Neubauten or Brainbombs, but more "rock".
It's got the swagger and cadence of Lubricated Goat but more "cave-y". Like a modern Lubricated Goat playing in a cave...
My synopsis: This sounds like Brainbombs and Lubricated Goat playing rock music in a cave.
