Polvo - Exploded Drawing

Touch and Go [1996]

I picked up a pristine copy of this bad bitch recently for like $7.00. Was stoked. Now I'm posting about it on the internet.
As you know, Polvo (grandfathers of "math rock") play their own brand of jangly, indie-post-noise rock. It's perfect for when your not in the mood for the Cherubs, but feeling too saucy for Modest Mouse. I feel like Exploded Drawing is the band's most balanced, diverse, and cohesive album. It's well-rounded yet still edgy. Whatever.
