Manic Ride [2004]
This is the debut release from Philadelphia's Clockcleaner. It's a big balls of noise-punk "fuck you" for your ear holes. It's more of that noise rock/ hardcore hybrid that the kids do so well nowadays. This release is delightfully raw, and brings to mind bands ranging from Born Against to Big Black. My only complaint about the band in general is their foolish distaste for Nirvana. That is to say, they are definately not invited to my birthday party, but the record is still listenable...

I couldn't agree more. I think the Nirvana bashing was just for shits and giggles. No way this band doesn't like them.
