I feel like this Dirty Beaches project cannot not get enough comparison to Suicide. I mean, shit sounds like Suicide. And not in a cheesy, rip-off way. It's more the feeling of the music. The melancholy. The dark rock & roll. The soulful-as-fuck mumbling explosions... I don't know what this Alex Zhang Hungtai's deal is but I am backing it with my ears-holes.
This album is the newest piece of his discography. It is my favorite thus far.
